Refund policy

This refund policy sets a practical baseline for video package purchases, duplicate charges, failed account setup cases, and provider-side reversals.

Video package nature

VIDORIX sells fixed video packages and optional paid add-ons. Refund treatment should reflect the fact that order setup, review, and production work may begin quickly after payment confirmation.

This policy should be finalized with reference to Paddle, applicable card network rules, and the laws of Republic of Moldova.

When a refund may be considered

A refund request may be considered within 14 days of purchase if a package was charged in error, duplicated, materially failed to unlock the account, or could not be fulfilled due to a platform-side issue that was not resolved within a reasonable support window.

A practical review should distinguish between genuine failure to deliver the purchased videos and ordinary scope questions, customer delays, or requests for work outside the purchased package.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds should generally not be promised for completed video delivery, customer-caused delays, changed business priorities, approved usage of delivered videos, or dissatisfaction that falls outside the defined package scope.

Chargebacks used instead of the normal support or billing dispute process may lead to account restrictions while the case is reviewed.

How to request a refund

Refund or billing dispute requests should be sent to hello@mail.vidorix.app with the purchase email, package name, provider receipt or transaction reference, and a concise description of the problem.

Where Paddle is the payment processor, provider-side timelines and evidence requirements may also apply.

Decision and reversal handling

Once a refund, chargeback, or other negative adjustment is confirmed, the related paid order may be reduced, revoked, or marked reversed inside account and billing records.

This page should be updated if the business later adopts a stricter or more generous refund window, account credit policy, or automated return flow.
