Terms of use

These terms outline the baseline rules for using the VIDORIX website, purchasing video packages, using your account, and receiving delivered videos.

Operator and acceptance

Pasat Andrei provides the VIDORIX service as an individual operator and seller. By accessing the site, submitting forms, creating an account, or purchasing a package, a user agrees to these terms and any related policies published for the service.

If a customer does not agree with these terms, the service should not be used. Legal notices and disputes should be directed to hello@mail.vidorix.app and reviewed under Republic of Moldova.

Service scope

VIDORIX sells fixed packages of short-form videos and optional paid add-ons. It also provides account access for order status, support, and delivery updates.

The service is not an open marketplace, custom staffing platform, or promise of unlimited bespoke production outside the purchased or agreed package scope.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using accurate account information, and ensuring that uploaded or submitted materials can be legally processed and delivered through the service.

The platform may suspend or restrict access for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unauthorized sharing, infringement, automated attacks, or attempts to bypass billing, account, or security controls.

Billing, payment confirmation, and account access

Video package purchases may be processed through Paddle or another designated billing provider. An order should only be treated as paid after provider confirmation and internal order records are updated.

Refunds, failed payments, reversals, and billing disputes are handled according to the refund policy and the provider's payment records. Account access does not replace payment confirmation.

Content responsibility, liability, and termination

Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and usage rights of briefs, source materials, brand assets, and publishing instructions they provide.

Except where non-waivable law applies in Republic of Moldova, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis, and liability language should be finalized by counsel before publication. Pasat Andrei may update, suspend, or terminate access where required to protect the platform, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
